EMI-HS Shielding Heat Shrink Tubing
EMI-HS shielding heat shrink tubing is used as an auxiliary protective sheath for wires or cables. The sheath offers excellent wear resistance, chemical resistance, fluid resistance, and bacteriostatic properties, protecting wires from the effects of EMI, RF, and EMF.
- Outer Layer: The outer layer is made from irradiated cross-linked flame-retardant polyolefin material, which complies with RoHS standards.
- Inner Layer: The inner layer is standard with nickel-plated copper shielding fabric, providing outstanding corrosion protection. The lightweight and flexible shielding fabric will not peel off or degrade over time, and the shielding effectiveness is greater than 60dB (1MHz-100GHz). The components offer long-lasting protection against EMI, RFI, and EMF.
- Custom Length: The tubing is produced in standard lengths, typically 1 meter per piece, and is suitable for a wide range of applications.
- Shrink Ratio: Available in 2:1, 3:1, and 4:1 shrink ratios.
- Diameter Range: The diameter ranges from 4.8mm to 50.8mm, with custom sizes available upon request.
- Operating Temperature Range: The product is suitable for use in environments with temperatures ranging from -55°C to 135°C.
Braided Sleeving for EMI Shielding
Braided sleeving is another highly effective solution for EMI protection. It consists of tightly woven, metallic or synthetic fibers that form a flexible sleeve around cables and wires. The braiding allows for a high degree of flexibility while offering excellent shielding properties.
F-EMI Shielding Braid Sleeve
The F-EMI shielding braid sleeve is made of polyester multifilament and tinned copper wire, providing electromagnetic signal shielding. It also features excellent mechanical toughness, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and a lightweight design. This product is widely used as an external protective cover for wires or cables in electric vehicles, aircraft, electronic and electromechanical equipment, instruments, and radio devices, offering both shielding and mechanical protection.
F-13-CR-EMI Shielding Braid Sleeve
The F-13-CR-EMI shielding braid sleeve is constructed with silver-plated (or nickel/tin) alloy copper foil wires tightly wound around an aramid fiber surface. The woven structure provides high-performance shielding. It offers advantages such as resistance to high and low temperatures, mildew, salt spray, and corrosion, along with lightweight and excellent flexibility. Compared to tinned copper braid sleeves, this product reduces the total weight of the finished product.
EMI-TT42 Shielding Braid Sleeve
The EMI-TT42 shielding braid sleeve is a double-layered product made from polyester monofilament and tinned copper wire. The outer layer provides excellent wear resistance, while the inner layer offers excellent shielding functionality. It is soft, lightweight, and features a self-rolling structure, making it easy to maintain, modify, and inspect the covered items. It is ideal for use in the wire harness, circuit, and cable systems for shielding and protection in electric vehicles and aircraft.
