EMI-HS Shielding Heat Shrink Tubing

EMI-HS shielding heat shrink tubing is used as an auxiliary protective sheath for wires or cables. The sheath offers excellent wear resistance, chemical resistance, fluid resistance, and bacteriostatic properties, protecting wires from the effects of EMI, RF, and EMF.

  • Outer Layer: The outer layer is made from irradiated cross-linked flame-retardant polyolefin material, which complies with RoHS standards.

  • Inner Layer: The inner layer is standard with nickel-plated copper shielding fabric, providing outstanding corrosion protection. The lightweight and flexible shielding fabric will not peel off or degrade over time, and the shielding effectiveness is greater than 60dB (1MHz-100GHz). The components offer long-lasting protection against EMI, RFI, and EMF.

  • Custom Length: The tubing is produced in standard lengths, typically 1 meter per piece, and is suitable for a wide range of applications.

  • Shrink Ratio: Available in 2:1, 3:1, and 4:1 shrink ratios.

  • Diameter Range: The diameter ranges from 4.8mm to 50.8mm, with custom sizes available upon request.

  • Operating Temperature Range: The product is suitable for use in environments with temperatures ranging from -55°C to 135°C.
